Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and they vary per country - unfortunately we cannot predict what they might be and you may be subject to further customers clearance charges.
Please contact your local customs authority to determine the import taxes, costs and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order as we do not accept returns for items shipped overseas. We do not refund any shipping costs, duties or taxes incurred, and do not accept returns for items shipped overseas unless faulty.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. If an item has been damaged in transit, you must keep all the packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
